Dipped is a new-generation confectionery shop known for both fun and classic chocolate-dipped treats. We pride ourselves on quality, dipping in small batches and using hand-selected fruit and premium chocolate to ensure every item meets our standards.

Founded in 2020 in a home kitchen, Dipped is a minority- and woman-owned business built from the ground up. After growing through pop-ups and short-term leases at locations like Westfield San Francisco, we currently have two locations at Bay Street Emeryville & Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento. We are continuing to grow with plans for future expansion.

What You Will Do

Principal responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Providing Engaging Customer Service- Welcome guests into the store, engaging and connecting with them throughout their experience.- Determine customer needs by asking questions and sharing knowledge of our products.- Serve customers with a sense of urgency and care.

Delivering Operational Excellence- Provide consistent quality in the preparation of chocolate dipped treats and baked goods.- Continually work towards expanding skills and knowledge of chocolate and baking.- Maintain a clean, presentable and well-stocked store.
