Shipping, Delivery & Address Accuracy

Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, as our treats are perishable and require timely delivery.

Business Deliveries
Please include the name of the business to ensure successful delivery.

Dipped is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If a correction is required before the order ships, a $20 address correction fee may apply to cover carrier processing costs. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change or reroute the package, and any carrier fees for redelivery or rerouting will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly and check your spam or promotions folders if you don’t see the notification.

Once tracking information is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and coordinate with the carrier if delivery issues arise (for example, address clarification or missed delivery attempts). If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of your shipping date, please contact us by email.

Delivery Conditions & Responsibility
Our treats are perishable and may contain chocolate, caramel, or fruit that can melt or spoil if exposed to heat or left outside. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Dipped is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage including melting, weather exposure, or “porch pirate” theft.

If a package is stolen or damaged after confirmed delivery, please contact your local carrier office to file a claim. We are unable to remake or refund orders that show a confirmed delivery scan.

Missed Deliveries & Replacements
If a carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal of package, the order will not be remade or refunded. You may place a new order with the correct address once confirmed.

Perishable Shipping & Delivery
Our products are perishable. We ship using insulated packaging and/or coolant when needed. Double-check your address. We’re not responsible for late delivery, spoilage, or loss caused by carrier delays, weather, or incorrect/insufficient addresses. Risk of loss/title transfers to you when the package is accepted by the carrier.

On arrival
Follow any handling instructions in your box or on our site.

Delivery Times & Shipping Estimates
All delivery times shown on our website or provided during checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on carrier schedules, shipping distance, and order volume.

Orders begin processing once payment has been received, not when the order is placed. Estimated delivery times refer to business days (Monday through Thursday). Because our treats are perishable, we typically do not ship on Fridays or weekends to avoid extended carrier hold times.

If you include special delivery instructions, please note that additional time may be needed to fulfill your request.

Delivery Delays or Issues
If your order is late, damaged, or appears compromised, please email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation and determine next steps.

We do our best to assist, but Dipped is not responsible for delays, carrier errors, or handling issues once your package leaves our facility. Claims submitted more than 48 hours after your order date will not be eligible for review or replacement.

If your treats arrive warm, melted, or otherwise damaged, please email us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate. Delayed notifications limit our ability to resolve the issue.

Requested or Special Delivery Dates
At this time we do not have an option to request a preferred delivery date. All orders are shipped according to our standard processing and shipping timelines.

Cold Packs & Shipping Safety Notice
To keep your treats fresh during shipping, Dipped uses gel packs and insulated packaging. These gel packs help maintain a cool temperature during transit but are not edible and should be handled with care.

Please do not puncture, ingest, or refreeze the gel packs. If any leakage occurs, avoid direct contact with the contents and dispose of the pack immediately in the trash.

Dipped, LLC is not responsible for any injury, irritation, or damage caused by improper handling or disposal of packaging materials, including gel packs or insulation.

Unforeseen Delays & External Events
Dipped is not responsible for any delivery delays, damages, or loss of product caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, carrier disruptions, strikes, accidents, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Dipped is considered to have fulfilled your order once it has shipped from our facility and tracking information has been provided. We appreciate your understanding, as these events are beyond our ability to prevent or predict.

Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details from us or our carrier. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout and that our emails aren’t being filtered into spam or junk folders.

If you don’t receive your tracking details within the expected time frame, it’s your responsibility to reach out to us by email to confirm your shipment status. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly to make sure someone is available to receive your package, especially since our treats are perishable and may melt or spoil if left outside for long periods.

Once tracking has been provided, Dipped is not responsible for delays, spoilage, or missed deliveries caused by unread emails or carrier issues.

Products, Food Safety & Freshness
We do not guarantee quality or freshness beyond the day of delivery. All treats are intended for same day consumption and suggested storage methods are recommended not guaranteed to extend shelf-life. Please follow all recommended storage instructions (e.g., refrigeration for dipped strawberries, cheesecakes) to ensure product safety. Because each treat is made by hand, slight variations in size, color, or decoration may occur. Product photos on our website and social media are for illustration only and may differ slightly from the final product due to natural variations in fruit, toppings, and seasonal availability.

Storage & Handling
Our treats are made fresh daily and are best enjoyed the same day they are received for maximum freshness and flavor. Chocolate-dipped strawberries should be kept refrigerated if not eaten immediately. Apples dipped in both caramel and chocolate can be stored in the fridge to prolong shelf-life however it is not guaranteed. Any refrigerated apples should thaw for 3 hours minimum to get back to room temperature otherwise the caramel will become hard when cold. All other non-perishable dipped treats can be stored in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight if not eaten right away.

Do not leave treats in warm or sunny environments, as chocolate and caramel can melt and fruit can spoil. Do not freeze your treats, as freezing and thawing can affect texture and flavor.

Once an order has been delivered, Dipped is not responsible for any product damage, melting, or quality loss caused by improper handling, storage, or temperature exposure.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Shipping Policies at any time with or without notice.
