Do you do fundraising or bulk orders?
We currently don’t offer formal fundraising programs but are open to collaborations or bulk orders for schools, events, and organizations. Please email us with details about your event and quantity for more information.
Do you offer event favors, custom designs or color themes?
Yes, we love creating custom favors for weddings, birthdays, and corporate events! Email us for details for minimums, customization options, and lead times. Custom orders are first come, first serve and should be finalized at lease three weeks prior.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages for shipping orders?
At this time, we do not offer printed custom messages or gift wrapping.
Do you make candy apples?
Dipped specializes in caramel and chocolate-dipped apples only, not sugar candy-coated apples. Our focus is on premium caramel, chocolate, and toppings that create the perfect flavor and texture combination.
Product Information & Storage
How should I store my treats?
All items are best enjoyed the same day for maximum freshness and flavor. Freezing is not recommended as the taste and texture can be compromised.

What items are gluten-free?
The following items are made without gluten-containing ingredients; however, they are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten. Cross-contact may occur since we also work with products containing wheat, dairy, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee that these items are completely free of gluten or gluten traces.

Do you offer nut-free, dairy-free, or vegan options?

Shipping, Delivery & Pick Up
Where do you ship?
We currently ship select items within the continental U.S. (excluding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and locations without secure receiving). Because our products are perishable, we use insulated packaging and gel packs to maintain freshness during transit. If we’re not able to ship to your ZIP code, you’ll see a notice at checkout or receive an email update.
Can I select a delivery date?
We’ll do our best to ship your order as close to your requested delivery date as possible. However, since our products are perishable, we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates once the order has been handed to the carrier. We typically ship early in the week (Monday–Thursday) to avoid weekend delays. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
How long until I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days once payment has been received. Delivery time varies depending on your location and carrier transit times. How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you don’t see it within 48 hours of your expected ship date, please check your spam or promotions folder, or email us at for assistance.
What if my items are delivered late?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. We do our best to keep costs reasonable while using insulated packaging and gel packs to maintain product freshness during transit.
How much is shipping?
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We do our best to ship promptly, but Dipped is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or missed deliveries. If your package arrives late or appears damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the situation.
What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
Our apples are shipped in insulated packaging with reusable gel packs that keep them stable during transit. If you’re not home, the carrier will leave your package at the address you provided. The gel packs are designed to hold up for hours outside normal conditions, but we still recommend bringing your order inside as soon as possible to maintain peak freshness.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Dipped is not responsible for theft, damage or spoilage.
How are the apples packaged and shipped?
Each apple is individually wrapped in a clear cellophane bag to maintain freshness and presentation. Our apples are shipped in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs to help maintain temperature and quality during transit. Shipping takes place Monday-Thursday to minimize carrier delays. Because they’re perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery.
Shipping to a business, hotel, school, hospital, post office, or public place?
We can ship to most business addresses and hotels if the package can be accepted by staff. Please include the name of the business or recipient to help ensure delivery. We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes or locations without secure receiving (such as schools or hospitals that don’t accept perishable goods). Once the carrier confirms delivery, Dipped is not responsible for misplaced or unclaimed packages at those facilities.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel, reschedule or change my order?
More than 7 days before pick up or delivery: You may cancel for a 50% refund of your order total. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
7 days or less from pick up or delivery: We’re unable to cancel or refund, since production and prep begin days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
All cancellation and reschedule requests must be made by email and confirmed by our team.
Because we make each treat fresh to order, changes (like address updates or product swaps) must be requested before your order enters production. Once production begins or the order has shipped, we can’t make changes.
What if I need to change my delivery address?
Before shipping, please email us immediately to update your address. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change or reroute the package. If a correction is made before shipment, a $20 address correction fee may apply. Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be remade or refunded.
Why does Dipped sometimes decline orders?
Dipped reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to factors such as product availability, fulfillment limitations, delivery address issues, safety concerns, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. In certain cases, we may limit or restrict orders from specific addresses or ZIP codes as part of our fraud prevention and security measures.
Payments, Security & Policy
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Digital wallet payments (like Apple Pay or Google Pay) are also accepted for online checkout where available.
How are payments processed? Is my information secure?
All online orders placed through this website are securely processed through Shopify Payments. Shopify uses industry-standard PCI-compliant security to protect your information, and Dipped never sees or stores your full card details.
Square is used only for in-person, point-of-sale transactions at our physical locations.
Your privacy is extremely important to us, and we do not sell or share your personal payment information.
What if there’s a billing or payment error?
Email us with your order number and charge details.
