Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Dipped, every treat is handmade in small batches with care, from prepping our chocolate and toppings to dipping and decorating each order. Because our products are made to order and perishable, all sales are considered final.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
More than 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date: Rescheduling is not guaranteed and subject to availability. You may cancel for a 50% refund of your order total. This helps cover ingredients, preparation and production time reserved for your order.
7 days or less before your scheduled pickup or delivery date: Rescheduling is not guaranteed and subject to availability. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or refund orders within this timeframe, as production often begins several days in advance.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@dipped.shop and will be confirmed by our team once processed.
Refunds & Replacements
We take pride in quality and presentation, but if you experience an issue with your order, please email us within 48 hours of your visit or shipment delivery.
All orders placed on third-party websites should be resolved directly though the website that the order was placed on.
In your email include:
- Your order number and shipping label (if applicable)
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
All refund or exchange requests are subject to manager review and approval. After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not guarantee refunds, partial shipments, or reshipments for carrier/weather delays or address issues outside our control. Approved resolutions may include a replacement or store credit at Dipped’s discretion.
No-Show Policy
All Dipped orders are made to order and perishable. To ensure freshness and minimize food waste, orders must be picked up on the scheduled pickup date.
- Orders not picked up on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- In the event of a no-show, the order will be forfeited and is not eligible for refund, replacement, or rescheduling.
- Our team may attempt one courtesy contact, but it is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their order on time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. Once an order has been shipped or handed off to the carrier, we are unable to make changes or issue refunds for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Refund & Cancellation Policies at any time with or without notice.
